Ron Ruark established Ruark Law in 1992 after graduating from Marquette Law School. For the past 21 years he has distinguished himself for intelligently and aggressively representing all kinds of clients, criminal and civil. Ron has a varied background that uniquely qualifies him to practice law. A graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and Marquette University School of Law, and a former minister, Ron considers himself both an attorney and counselor at law. The counsel he shares in his private office is as highly valued as his expertise in front of a jury.
Ron has litigated in courts throughout Michigan, but mostly in the metropolitan Detroit area. He is known as a loyal advocate for his clients in front of judges and juries. Whereas many lawyers avoid juries at any cost, Ron actually enjoys presenting his client’s case in front of a jury. Whether your claim involves a criminal defense, an auto accident claim against an insurance company that refuses to pay, or a sex harassment suit against a large corporation, Ron will argue your case in front of a jury with the intelligence and passion that you deserve.
Above all else, Ron recognizes that modern American life is hard on people. The government is spinning out of control. Its laws are burdensome, complex, and oftentimes draconian. American life is a maze that can swallow you whole. It’s easy to get lost in it. Now in the prime of his legal career, Ron has simplified life and law for thousands of people just like you.
A native of Michigan, Ron has been married to Nancy Lynn Aldrich since 1979. Ron and Nancy have three adult children. Jennifer, like her mother, owns her own small business, Vivian Elle Invitations. Jeff, a United States Marine, was stationed in Iraq twice before becoming a police officer in Henrico County, Virginia. Scott is currently a law student at University of Detroit Mercy and plans to practice law when he graduates
